Chemence Benefits


New Hires that work a full-time schedule of at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment


Chemence offers a range of medical plans for employees and their eligible family members that include prescription drug coverage and Employee Assistance Programs. As a Chemence employee, you can also look forward to a generous dental plan, as well as a vision plan option.

Beyond traditional health benefits, Chemence offers each full-time employee company paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) policy equal to $50,000. Coverage is also provided for your dependent (children up to age 26) in the amount of $2,000. Additionally, Chemence offers a program allowing employees to elect additional life insurance for themselves, spouse and children.

Chemence provides Short-term Disability (STD) to all full time employees at no cost. Employees are also eligible to purchase Voluntary Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage.

Chemence offers a Flexible Spending Account – Health Care and/or Dependent Care.


Taking time off for vacation and other personal needs is essential to your health and productivity. To help employees recharge, Chemence:

  • Observes 8 paid holidays per calendar year.
  • Offers new hires 2 weeks of vacation + 3 personal days (prorated based on date of hire) for employees in their 1st-4th year.


The Chemence 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (subject to IRS limits) offers a lineup of investment options on both a pre-tax and Roth after-tax basis.
